"Colleen is a true Yoga Master and has extraordinary talent as a trainer. She can take an individual at any level and help them to achieve degrees of flexibility that one would think impossible. Her gracefulness in demonstration both stimulates and amazes the student. I personally have studied with Colleen and in 2 years time was able to perform some of the most difficult postures in Yoga. Today I can perform things like 'lifted lotus' and 'scorpion' with ease because of the techniques she taught me. Colleen really knows the inner secrets of how to gradually move one toward higher attainment in the art and for serious-minded students, this knowledge is indispensable. I highly recommend her for large group or private classes!" —Mike Hopkins
"I am writing this testimonial on behalf of Colleen “Lila” Breeckner. About five years ago, I met Colleen when I decided to try something new. Yoga. Not only did she help me to become an advanced yoga student, but also she inspired a great deal of life altering decisions. Colleen has truly changed my life for the better in every way. I have lost 50 pounds, consider myself a calmer and more centered person, have become a vegetarian, and consider yoga one of the most important aspects of my life. Colleen’s abilities and talent are clearly evident the minute she enters a room. Her energy is so positive and calming that her students will keep their overpriced gym memberships just to have the opportunity to train with her. I have trained with others, however Colleen remains the first and single most important influence on the “beginning” of the rest of my life. She is simply amazing. It cannot be stated any other way." —Jennifer Flowers Maldonado
